Mohammad co-founded ExactlyIT and is our COO. He is conversant in five languages – including Geek-Speak – which he uses regularly to build our efficient operation models and develop and lead the execution of ExactlyIT’s vision. Prior to ExactlyIT, Mohammad was the Global COO of Freudenberg IT (now Syntax) tasked with building FIT’s international operation. He assumed that role based on his success as VP of Mexico Operations where he turned the office in Puebla into one of the state’s top IT employers. Mohammad has also held management positions at T-Systems, including Head of SAP Technology Services for the Americas and Africa. His teams are renowned for their efficiency, accountability and accountability. 

With a master’s in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Kosice, Mohammad honed his natural leadership skills while completing an Executive Education at INSEAD.
