JOB SUMMARY
The SAP PI-PO is a position that provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment where they have to be monitoring our and customer infrastructure and resolve any incident that appear.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Takeover of incoming customer requests and incidents in SAP and non-SAP area
· Dispatch incoming tickets to the respective teams
· Effectively collaborate with 2nd and 3rd level teams
· Transfer and development of the business processes of our customers
· Take on ticket resolution for dedicated services
· Follow-up on ticket resolution & Ensure escalation of ticket where necessary
· Ensure timely resolution of tickets
· Provide input for process improvements
· Documentation of the processes and applications
· Daily monitoring of EDI interfaces and MDG +troubleshooting
TECHNICAL SKILLS
· Proven experience as power-user/key-user/consultant in 2 or more SAP logistics modules like SD, MM, MDG, EDI
· SAP know-how in EDI & MDG related modules, financial processes, and business partner management
· SAP OTC with EDI and IDOC integration knowledge with Vendor and third parties
· Proven understanding of EDI formats, IDOCs, and SAP ERP
· SAP customizing knowledge needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
· ITSM foundation training required.
PROFESIONNAL SKILLS
· Fluent English language skills required: verbal and written communication.
· Nice to have: Know-how in basic MDG data models/ UI / Workflows; configuration, data replication framework.
· Self-motivated and disciplined.
· Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
· Strong investigative and analysis skills.
· Strong technical and process design and implementation skills.
· Strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
