JOB SUMMARY
The SAP I is a position that provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment where they have to be monitoring our and customer infrastructure and resolve any incident that appear.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Takeover of incoming customer requests and incidents in SAP area
· Effectively collaborate with customer's business teams
· Take on ticket resolution for dedicated services
· Follow-up on ticket resolution
· Ensure escalation of ticket where necessary
· Ensure timely resolution of tickets
· Provide input for process improvements
· Documentation of the processes and applications
· Clarifying the interfaces between the different areas
TECHNICAL SKILSS
· Proven experience as SAP FI consultant (minimum 4 years)
· SAP FI customizing knowledge needed
· Analytical thinking
· Very high customer and service orientation
· Very good social skills, well organized and ready to face challenges
· Ability to analyze root cause of problems for a quick issue resolution
· Excellent spoken & written English skills
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
· ITSM foundation training required.
PROFESIONNAL SKILLS
· Fluent English language skills required: verbal and written communication.
· Nice to have: Know-how in basic MDG data models/ UI / Workflows; configuration, data replication framework.
· Self-motivated and disciplined.
· Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
· Strong investigative and analysis skills.
· Strong technical and process design and implementation skills.
· Strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
· Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
