General Accountabilities
Experience working and understanding Google Cloud Operations (Monitoring and Logging).
Experience on VDC (Virtual Data Centre) to create Data Center on GCP using Google’s Best Practice Model (1 Organization + N-Projects).
Expertise on maintaining on GCP platform service like but not limited to IAM, Cloud Identity, Compute Engine, Storage, VPC, Cloud Armor, Security Operations, Firewall, Profiler, Debugger, Tracer, Monitoring and Logging, Deployment Manager, CI/CD, BigQuery, Anthos, Kubernetes (GKE), Cloud NAT, Load Balancer, Cloud Routers, Cloud Spanner, VM Manager, etc.
Monitor the ticketing queues to ensure resolution is accordance with defined service level agreements.
Maintain a ‘transparent’ relationship with internal teams and customers.
Understanding of Windows Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Enterprise Patching, file, and printing services.
Experience supporting systems by optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up on reported problems.
Resolving application issues across IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
Interpreting and maintaining systems documentation.
Provide root cause analysis of reported incidents.
Experience with monitoring systems and troubleshooting concepts.
Experience with scripting.
Technical Skills
5+ years of IT experience.
3+ years of relevant experience on Google Cloud Platform administration.
Job Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Google Cloud Certified: Associate Cloud Engineer (preferred), training required.
ITSM foundation training required.
