Endpoint Manager / Intune Engineer
The Endpoint Manager Engineer will be responsible for providing design, deploying, configuring and support of desktop technologies in a distributed environment. The Endpoint Manager Engineer will be responsible for software distribution and patch management as well as building and deploying software packages to workstations. The selected candidate will provide administration support for software package development and configuration management and will research and evaluate software and hardware technologies. The Engineer will have to stay up to date with offered software applications and services, so you can integrate them into your systems as soon as possible. Regular research and studying of new applications are a primary responsibility.
Designing, deploying, configuring, patching and provision through Microsoft Endpoint Manager (also known as Intune).
Administration of Microsoft Applications and Desktop Platforms.
Provisioning through Autopilot.
Understanding of Azure Active Directory, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Autopilot and Enterprise Patching.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Knowledge regarding Software Center Configuration Manager.
Managed an environment with 200 or more endpoints.
Experience supporting systems by optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up on reported problems.
Resolving application issues across IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
Interpreting and maintaining systems documentation.
Provide root cause analysis of reported incidents.
Experience with monitoring systems and troubleshooting concepts.
Experience with scripting.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
ITSM foundation training required.
5+ years of IT experience.
3+ years of relevant experience on software deployment.
2+ years on Cloud platforms.
Experience Microsoft Technologies.
Knowledge of VBScript and/or Powershell
Fluent English language skills required: verbal and written communication.
Experience working with multicultural teams and customers.
Self-motivated and disciplined.
Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including teleconference and web conference.
Ability to make decisions and resolve incidents.
Ability to explain technical concepts to Management, team members and customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite.
Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule responding to critical issues.
