Alex is the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery for End User Client Services. He has over 20 years of IT experience with proven expertise in global organizational leadership, building successful multicultural working teams, customer service, and service delivery. Alex regularly exceeds standards of customer satisfaction with his specific knowledge of Global Service Desk solutions and services, operational transition projects, and ITSM global projects and design. Alex also creates and administers brilliant new offices spaces that inspire his extraordinary, multicultural team and their customers.

Alex has a bachelor’s degree in communication & public relations from National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). When he’s not riding his Harley Davidson or playing football, he is traveling and spending time with his family and friends. 

He lives in Puebla, Mexico, with wife, daughter, and son. With the exception of his son, the Barrosos are Dallas Cowboys fanatics (his son roots for the Kansas City Chiefs), and the entire family loves to ride on his Harley.

Alex knows life has an expiration date, so he firmly believes that you should live every day to the fullest to ensure that you and those that you love are happy.
